Present Perfect continuous Tense:

ఈ పోస్ట్ లో Present perfect continuous tense గురించి వివరంగా తెలుసుకుందాం…
ఇది competitive exams లో grammatically key role play చేస్తుంది. ఎందుకంటే Present perfect continuous tense లో two prepositions మనల్ని ఎప్పుడు confuse చేస్తూ ఉంటాయి.

Since and For:

Since :

Since ను point of time తెలిపే సందర్భంలో వాడతాము.
Particular time ను point out చేసి చెప్పడం. అంటే అది hours, days ,months, years లో వుంటుంది.

Ex: Monday ,8 o’clock, morning ,2016
Since Monday ,since 2016 ,since 8 o’clock, since morning

For:

For ను period of time తెలిపే సందర్భంలో వాడతాము.

Monday నుండి ఇప్పటివరకు ఎన్ని రోజులు జరిగిందో దానిని period of time అంటాము.
8 o’clock నుండి ఇప్పటివరకు ఎన్ని గంటలు జరిగాయో దాన్ని period of time అంటాము.
Ex: For15 days ,for 4 hours for 3 years.

Present perfect continuous tense usage:

When do we have used this Present Perfect continuous tense …

particular action has started in the past but that is continuing in the present. ఒక పని గతంలో ప్రారంభించబడి ఇప్పటికీ కొనసాగుతూ ఉంటే.
మనం Present perfect continuous tense ను ఉపయోగించవలసి ఉంటుంది.

Present perfect continuous tense structure: Subject +have been /has been +V1+ ING+ object

Helping verb :

Have been =I ,we ,you, they
Has been= he ,she, it, name (third person singular names )

since: point of time
for: period of time

Some Examples :

I have been teaching since 2017.2017 నుంచి నేను బోధిస్తూ ఉన్నాను.
I have been teaching for 2 years.నేను రెండు సంవత్సరాల క్రితం నుంచి బోధిస్తూ ఉన్నాను.
We have been reading since morning . మేము మార్నింగ్ మంచి చదువుతూ ఉన్నాము
We have been reading for 3 hours.మేము మూడు గంటల నుంచి చదువుతూ ఉన్నాము.
You have been waiting Since March . మీరు మార్చి నుంచి వెయిట్ చేస్తూ ఉన్నారు
You have been waiting for four months. మీరు నాలుగు నెలల క్రితం నుంచి వెయిట్ చేస్తూ ఉన్నారు.
They have been playing since Monday . మండే నుంచి వారు ఆడుకుంటూ ఉన్నారు.
They have been playing for 3 days. వారు మూడు రోజుల క్రితం నుంచి ఆడుతూ ఉన్నారు.
He has been doing MA since 2016 . అతను 2016 నుంచి MA చేస్తూ ఉన్నాడు.
He has been doing MA for 3 years.అతను మూడు సంవత్సరాలనుండి MA చేస్తూ ఉన్నాడు.
She has been traveling since morning . ఆమె ఉదయం నుంచి ప్రయాణం చేస్తూ వుంది.
She has been traveling for 5 hours . ఆమె ఐదు గంటలనుండి ప్రయాణం చేస్తూ వుంది.
It has been working since Sunday . Sunday నుండి అది పనిచేస్తూనే వుంది.
It has been working for 5 days.ఐదు రోజుల నుండి అది పనిచేస్తూనే వుంది
Rishi has been working since 9 o’clock . రిషి తొమ్మిది గంటల నుండి పనిచేస్తూనే ఉన్నాడు.
Rishi has been working for 3 hours.రిషి మూడు గంటల నుండి పనిచేస్తూనే ఉన్నాడు.
