Prepositions In English Grammar In Telugu:
Preposing :IN ,ON ,AT (వీటిని మనం Place ని గురించిగాని Time ని గురించి గాని తెలిపే అప్పుడు ఉపయోగించాలి.)
IN= Closed area(లో, లోపల)
- My friends are in library.
- You are students are in school.
ON =Surface area(పైన లేదా మీద)
- There is a book on the table.
- There is a beautiful painting on the wall.
AT=Near to close area (దగ్గర)
- My friends are at the library.
IN: Months and years
- They will come in March.
- He wrote the examine 2018.
ON: Days and dates
- We got independence on 15th August.
- You are going to meet on Monday.
AT :Specific time (ఖచ్చితమైన time తెలిపే అప్పుడు )
- They will reach here exactly at 5:00 p.m.
- Since (Point of time): ఎప్పుడు అని ఖచ్చితంగా తెలిపేది
- Since 8 o’clock
- Since Friday
- Since November
- Since 2018
- For(Period of time ): ఎంతకాలం గడిచింది అని తెలిపేది
- For 5 hours
- For 3 days
- For 4 months.
- For 3 years
Have been, Has been లేక Number of years ఇచ్చినప్పుడు since లేక for ను ఉపయోగించాలి.
- I “have been” teaching since 2018.
- He “has been” playing just for 2 hours.
- Raju served in the army for “30 years.”
Between: Two(రెండు ఉన్నపుడు ఉపయోగించాలి. )

- Things
- Persons.
Among : More than two వున్నప్పుడు ఉపయోగించాలి.
- He sat between RAM and Raj.
- There is a quarrel between Lata and Madhu.
- Four friends share the money among themselves.
- My books are among 10 tables.
Prepositions In English Grammar In Telugu:
Between – and:
- They open shops between 10 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
అదేవిధంగా From వచ్చినప్పుడు To ను ఉపయోగించాలి.
Examples:
- We lived in (in/at )the USA for (for /in )3 years.
- The office is open from (from /on)10:00 a.m. to (at/ to )6p.m.
- Abraham Lincoln came from(from/with) a poor family.
- She has been suffering from(from/with) malaria.
- He prefers coffee to (than/to)tea.
- The boy fell of (of/off)a bicycle.
- There is a spider on (on/at)the wall.
- We come to college by (by/with)bus train auto.
